"This is the most "usable", but if you have never played, it does very little to teach you how to play effectively. It's hard to tell who wins or loses and I dont know why my opponent starts with 20+ points while I start with 0, and their points go down and mine go up. Could not find an explanation of that in the rules. This app is probably fine for anyone who KNOWS the game, but not good for someone wanting to learn to play."

"Beautifully constructed game that plays smart and makes almost no mistakes. Best graphics of all the similar games I have seen. Achievements do not increase Google Play rating. No ad free "pro" version but ads are not especially obnoxious. Anyone who knows the card suites and scoring points, which are included in the game, can play. It offers a challenge for experts as well. Like Las Vegas, the house always wins but it is a great game that has been played for over 150 years."

"One of the best hanafuda card games. Has extensive list of achievements but as far as I can tell they do not increase your Google Play rating. Would be nice if they did since I play this game alot. Still it is very fast with clean clutter-free graphics. I turn off the music and slapping special effects. I never saw the non-virtual game played on a hard surface since the cards would slide all over but there is much enthusiasm shown when capturing cards. That does make a slapping sound."
